STILFER, with its production site and its showroom in Genoa, Italy, is specialized in the manufacturing of catering equipment for cooking and for keeping food warm.

Manufacturing is made with attention to the design, extreme care for the finishes, even for the smallest details, clean lines, rounded corners, strength, compactness and high-quality components. All their items are entirely made of stainless steel, it guarantees the non-deformability of the machines, the durability and ease of cleaning, in compliance with hygienic standards and according to CE regulations.

STILFER production includes a wide range of professional catering equipment, including electric fryers both table top and free-standing models with a wide choice of capacity and power, three modular lines of cooking appliances (with different depths: 500, 600 and 700 whose modularity allows any combination of equipment (fryers, pasta cookers, bain-marie , fry top grills, cook tops, potato warmers etc.) which can be quickly and easily installed, making a kitchen system for various needs.
